We build the insulated composite body — the shell — and install it on your chassis as a final-stage manufacturer, so it leaves our shop road-legal and ready to build inside. From there you outfit the interior yourself, take it to a professional builder, or — for flatbed campers — order a pre-cut kit and assemble it. We don’t sell a fully furnished RV off the lot.

Ford Transit and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, the 4×4 Ford E-Series, and medium- and heavy-duty trucks — Ford F-450/550, Ram 5500, Chevrolet 4500–6500, and military-grade LMTV/FMTV. If you already run a chassis, we can usually build on it.

Yes. Our flatbed campers ship as pre-cut kits — panels, thermal-break extrusions, brackets, and hardware — that you assemble in your own garage or shop. Or we build and finish them for you. Kits are for flatbed builds, not the van-chassis bodies.

A fully bonded composite panel — 100% inorganic and fire-retardant, with no wood to rot, absorb water, or grow mold. The surface is sealed and non-porous, so it wipes down clean.

Every body has a continuous R11 insulation layer with no thermal-bridging framework, so it holds temperature far better than a bare metal van — warmer in the cold, cooler in the heat.

Van bodies come in three lengths — 11.25′, 12.5′, and 14.5′ — giving roughly 72 to 95 sq ft of walkable floor, all with a true 7′ interior height and 80.5″ of width. The 4×4 E-Series and the truck platforms scale up from there.

Yes. We manufacture to FMVSS and OEM requirements as a final-stage manufacturer, so what leaves the shop is road-legal and titled.

A 3-year upfit warranty on our work, alongside the chassis manufacturer’s 3-year / 36,000-mile OEM warranty.

We design, build, and install in-house in Golden, Colorado, on the Front Range. We build by appointment — reach out and we’ll set up a time.

Yes. Financing is available on all Foundation platforms, and OEM financing through Ford and Mercedes-Benz is also available. Ask us about the options when you start your build.
