By combining a professional 4x4 conversion with our 22° Zero Torsion subframe, we’ve created the definitive rig for travelers who need a luxury living space that performs like a dedicated trail machine.

  • A proprietary 3-point mounting system allows the chassis to twist up to 22° while the living body remains perfectly level. This isolates your interior build from the stress of the trail, preventing cracks, squeaks, and structural failure.

  • Partnering with UJoint Offroad, we replace the factory front end with a rugged solid axle and manual locking hubs. This heavy-duty system is 100% mechanical, easy to service, and fully financeable through Ford Credit.

  • Featuring R11 continuous insulation and hybrid Aluminum/PVC extrusions, our bodies eliminate "thermal bridging." Your rig stays 70°F inside whether you are in a desert or a blizzard.

  • Every body features a 7’ interior height and 6’8.5” width. Combined with a 36” deep cabover and a full-height passthrough, you get a residential feel in a trail-ready footprint.

    • Fixed Stepwell: We skipped the flimsy electric steps that jam or break in the mud. Our rugged, fixed stepwell is built into the body—simple, indestructible, and ready for heavy boots.

    • 90-Degree Precision: Most vans have curves that waste space and make cabinetry a nightmare. Every Foundation body has true 90-degree interior corners, making it a "builder’s dream" for square, easy-to-install layouts.

    • DOT Integrated: Every unit comes standard with integrated DOT marker lighting and a high-definition backup camera tucked into the body for a clean, factory look.

    • Full-Height Passthrough: We’ve maximized the cab-to-living opening. You can move between the driver’s seat and the kitchen without ducking, and it’s fully compatible with swivel seat configurations to double your living space.
